To meet the needs of the professional development of human capacities, AMSSNuR carried out a global number of training missions and participation in technical meetings and conferences of about 500 men/ days in 2017, 800 men/days in 2018, and 1200 men/days in 2019. These numbers are expected to continue over the next few years, given the recruitment and skills development programs required for the proper functioning of the agency. This increase is also due to the exceptional interest that AMSSNuR gives to the development of its human capacities and the efforts made in this direction, which fall within its strategic vision of 2017-2021.
